Banana Gun Weekly Recap - 5 - 11 May 25

Weekly recap: Banana hits $64.5M volume, snags 50% ETH bot dominance, and swings wild with a 30x $JUNGLE snipe. Apes piling in, bot season heating up! 🍌

Hey Bananas, one more week in the green 🍌

Onchain’s been moving: not sprinting, but definitely not napping either.
And as usual, we’re right there in the flow.

This week’s rundown covers everything from volume and fees to user trends, bot dominance, dev progress, and a few standout moments from the trenches (plus CT doing what CT does best, yapping).

Let’s dive into the numbers, vibes, and wins

The data here covers the week from 05.05.2025 to 11.05.2025.

Bot volume, fees, and users

We kept the momentum rolling with $64.5 million in total volume, a massive jump from last week’s $42.4 million. That’s over 50% growth week over week, and marks the sixth straight week of climbing volume.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • $37.3M on Ethereum
  • $16.2M on Solana
  • $7.6M on Base
  • $3.3M on BSC
  • And a few 🍌 flying across Sonic and Blast

Fees moved in step, with $439,058 collected across all chains.
As always, 40% of those fees went straight to $BANANA holders: no token taxes, no funny business. Just usage, revenue, and shared upside.

We’re not saying alt season is here yet, but the signs are getting harder to ignore.

Snipers are warming up, new launches are flying, and we are riding the wave like always.

User activity

Let’s talk about who showed up this week. Because clearly, someone told their friends.

We racked up 10,773 total users, up from last week’s 9,239: a nice little boost and our best week since March.

New users came in strong again with 4,352 fresh wallets firing up Banana Gun for the first time. That’s another uptick from last week, showing that the word is getting around. New launches, fast executions, and a clean UI tend to do that.

But the best part? Returning users climbed to 6,421, a clear signal that apes who tried the bot once aren’t just ghosting,  they’re coming back for seconds. The bot is becoming part of the routine.

We’re not in full-on mania yet, but the energy’s shifting. Feels like the calm before the degen storm.

Banana Gun vs the rest

Let’s check the scoreboard again.

On Ethereum, Banana Gun still wears the crown, and even tightened the grip a little. We’re up to 50.2% of all bot volume this week, a small but solid climb from last week’s 48.7%. More bots keep popping up, but the numbers speak: when it comes to sniping on ETH, traders know where to click.

Over on Base, we saw a bit of consolidation. After the big leap last week to 29.7%, we held strong at 29.4%. That’s not a fade, that’s holding ground. It shows last week’s jump (from 19%) wasn’t a fluke.

More traders are sticking with Banana as their Base setup of choice.

Each chain has its quirks, but Banana’s rhythm stays in sync with the flow. The charts here say it better than words: still dominant, still dependable, still where the action is.

Development Updates

Banana Pro devs are still cooking, and while the big features are getting close, we’ve also been busy patching in fresh support for some of the new hot zones on Solana.

Over the past couple of weeks, we added:

  • Boop Launchpad support (you can now snipe your favorite furry coins directly)
  • Launchcoin support
  • Believe support (we believe, you believe, the bot now supports it)
  • Orca Token2022 support

These integrations mean Banana Pro keeps staying ahead of the curve, adding support for whatever the trenches throw at us next.

The pace hasn’t slowed and the webapp just keeps leveling up. New widgets, new chains, new memes. Same sniper energy. More coming soon, as always. 🛠️🍌

Trades of the week

You already know we had to bring back the banana bangers section. A new week, a new lineup of degens making the most of the chaos out there. Memecoins keep launching, snipers keep sniping, and some of you are putting up numbers that would make your 2021 self jealous.

Here’s the podium for this week’s most outrageous plays: unrealized gains and some serious entries:

🥉 Position 3 – 27x on $VAMPCOIN2

CA: 9BqPvc9vPBdcVtez6UYiFEeqTSYqxypF4f1CmtaZpump

A spooky one! $424 in, $13.64K out (with $5520 already realized). Three minutes after launch and already printing. Still holding 38%, probably lurking in the shadows waiting to strike again. Night shift sniper mode activated.

🥈 Position 2 – 28x on $FAGS

CA:
6c9kxpL8F99tY5cJcfreSYojLEuwVvicpww1HbvCpump

Dropped $29, came out with $797 (unrealized). That’s a clean 28x off a meme that launched one hour earlier. Still holding 100% of the bag too, probably waiting for the next tweet to cook it even higher. Not financial advice, just immaculate vibes.

🥇 Position 1 – 30x on $JUNGLE

CA: 62a6CuU7nRcmuh6fqb2zZxTDdrjZNi2Y9GFnEZ7ipump

This one went full Tarzan. A Banana Gun user aped in, caught $JUNGLE at just the right time, and walked away with a 3,085% win. Yes, really. They cashed it all out too, zero hesitation. Sometimes you gotta swing in, grab the bag, and vanish back into the canopy.

Community Highlights

Some say alpha lives in the charts, others say it’s in the trades, but anyone on X knows where the real signal’s hiding: deep in the Banana replies, threads, and quote tweets.

This week, the timeline delivered. From clean analysis to bold claims and smooth webapp takes, here are a few community posts that made us stop scrolling.

🍌 @ChadCaff came through with one of the cleanest takes: real product, real usage, actual revenue, and somehow still under $100M market cap. He said it best: the market hasn’t caught on yet. (We’re not complaining.)

🍌 Then @SurgeArmy dropped a post that could honestly double as a battle cry. Returning users up, bot speed unmatched, and zero VC pitch decks in sight.

According to him, this isn’t just a rotation: it’s a reclaiming. Banana Gun = where the flow lives.

🍌 And @Cookiesdropp might be the first user to describe a sniper webapp as “a pleasure”. But hey, he’s not wrong.

The way he lays it out: smooth UI, lightning fast execution, and fully customizable setups. We’re not gonna argue with that. Big fee predictions too... 👀

If you’re not following these degens already, probably time to fix that.

That’s all for this week! See you next time with more insights, more stats, and more success stories from the Banana Gun community.
