Weekly Recap (6th - 12th October, 2025)

Banana Gun defied the chaos this week, pulling in over $843K in bot fees despite one of the biggest liquidation events in crypto history. With BSC carrying nearly 88% of the total, the bot showed unmatched adaptability while devs kept refining Wallet Tracker, Trenches V3, and BananaPro. The jungle keeps building, no matter the market. 🍌

TLDR:

🍌 $843K in bot fees, more than double last week’s $326K.
🟑 BSC went nuclear with $741K in fees, carrying nearly 88% of the total.
πŸ”· ETH steady around $53K, Banana Gun’s reliable backbone.
🟣 SOL and BASE held up through the storm, pulling ~$54K combined.
πŸ“ˆ Dev team kept grinding: Wallet Tracker getting smarter, Trenches smoother, Pro faster.
βš™οΈ Every corner refined, every screen cleaner, still shipping through market mayhem.

This week (6th - 12th October), even during the biggest liquidation event in history, we kept doing what we do best: adapting fast, printing hard, and proving once again that the jungle doesn’t fear volatility. 🍌

Bot Fees & Chain Breakdown

This week Banana Gun pulled $843,038 in fees: more than double last week’s $326,422.

Even after the biggest liquidation event in months, the bot kept firing across chains. 🍌

🟑 BSC: $741,272 (~87.9%)
Absolute monster week. BSC volume went wild and the router was perfectly in sync. It’s where most of the action (and profits) came from.

πŸ”· ETH: $52,946 (~6.3%)
Still holding strong as the foundation. Not the best week, but steady flow and reliability as always.

🟣 SOL: $26,181 (~3.1%)
Quieter seven days for Solana, but still solid activity considering how cross-chain volatility hit.

πŸ”΅ BASE: $28,176 (~3.3%)
A small but consistent piece of the pie: Base continues building slowly but surely.

Total fees: $843,038

And as always, 40% goes to you. The holders.

"Banana Gun: whatever the market throws, we adapt fast." 🍌

Development Updates

Meanwhile the devs were still glued to their screens this week, fine-tuning every corner of the bot while wiring up the next big upgrades. The grind never really stops in the jungle. 🍌

♻️ In Development / Progress:

πŸ‘› Wallet Tracker: major progress toward full release. Labeling got smarter with duplicate checks, import validation, and warnings for invalid names. The team also refined the import flow and schema to keep everything clean and error-free.
βš”οΈ Trenches V3: UI and layout work continued, with smoother mobile performance, hover cards, and a reworked system for recently viewed and new tokens.
πŸ“Š Banana Pro: a new data source is being integrated for faster, more reliable market data.

🌟 Improvements & Fixes:

πŸ“ˆ Token Info: token age data now comes from a single unified source across the app for consistent results.
🀝 Copy Trading: visuals were optimized for smaller screens, improving height and responsiveness for mobile users.
βš”οΈ Trenches: fixed a token age bug, adjusted mobile layout so buy/sell buttons behave properly, removed the per-lane search bar on mobile, and refined hover effects for a cleaner feel.
πŸ‘› Wallet Tracker: redundant labels removed, label handling logic reworked, error handling added, and the quick buy button hidden for now. Cleaner code, smoother experience.
πŸ“Š DCA: improved error displays and better response handling for order creation, plus smoother label imports.
🧩 Across the App: new filtering logic brings a tidier look with more sorting options and cleaner headers. Metadata was also updated for better SEO visibility.
βš™οΈ Technical: behind the scenes, the team improved the development UI, adjusted screen scaling for consistency, and boosted the logging system for sharper debugging.

The ecosystem’s gears keep turning, quietly but surely.

Market Insights

We’d be crazy not to address the obvious: Friday night was absolute chaos.

Traditional markets closed, Trump dropped a 100% tariff bomb on China, and within minutes crypto went full meltdown mode.

Over $10 billion in liquidations hit instantly, later estimated to be closer to $20-40 billion once the dust settled. Half a trillion dollars in market cap vanished in hours: the biggest liquidation event in crypto history.

What the hell happened? Leverage and thin liquidity made a toxic mix. When the first long positions were wiped, auto-deleveraging kicked in and the cascade began.

Altcoins got hit hardest, some dropping 90% in minutes as market makers pulled liquidity and left order books empty. Exchanges slowed down, blockchains choked, and for a moment it felt like the wild west again.

But after the storm, things calmed fast. Bitcoin bounced back above $114K, ETH climbed to $4.1K, and the Fear & Greed Index sank to April lows: a signal that fear might be creating opportunity again.

As analysts said, this crash flushed out excess leverage and reset risk across the board.

Now for the good news: Banana Gun is fine.

We weren’t leveraged, and most of our treasury sits in stablecoins. The bot kept printing even through the madness, especially on BSC, where trading volume exploded.

We keep rocking, shipping, and building stronger than ever.Β

Community Highlights

Three very different energies on Banana Twitter this week, and we loved every one of them.

πŸ’Ž @Madridghost1 might’ve dropped the most unhinged tweet of the month. The man looked at $BANANA and thought, β€œyou know what this needs? diamond testicles.” Absolutely no notes. Internet gold.

🍌 @SurgeArmy was out here flexing the $326K fee week like a proud dad.

Wait until he finds out we did more than double that this week.

πŸš€ @TheMonteDev called Banana β€œmassively underrated” right before the crash, and somehow he’s even more right now.

Price dipped, volume spiked, and Banana just kept printing.

The jungle never disappoints.

See you next recap with more insights, more stats, and more success stories from the Banana Gun community. 🍌
